Initiatives to Enhance Employee Engagement
Recognizing that enhancing employee engagement is essential for sustainable corporate value creation, we regularly conduct employee engagement surveys. In the March 2025 survey, we received responses from 720 employees (an 87% response rate), which helped us identify issues related to organizational culture, HR systems, and work styles.
To address these issues on a company-wide basis, we established the “CVC (Corporate Value Creation) Group” within the Corporate Planning Department. The CVC Group has formed four working groups—“Internal Branding,” “Human Resources,” “Workstyle,” and “Operations Optimization”—to implement concrete initiatives.
Going forward, we will continue to conduct employee engagement surveys and listen sincerely to employee feedback. By building an organization where each individual can find fulfillment in their work and grow together with the company, we aim to achieve sustainable enhancement of corporate value.
